The PAD is situated in the heart of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, 10 minutes from M1 Junction 11. Although Dunstable is a small town, we have great access to both motorways and train links into London. We are 12 mins from Luton train station and great parking for students that drive.
The PAD provides a 10,000 sqm purpose-built, fully equipped facility to ensure all practical tuition is taught in a professional space.
Our teaching team have launched and run a successful performing art school for local children from 3 years plus and they have built a strong relationship with our neighbours The Grove Theatre. This provides an extension to the facilities at The PAD and a door way into the professional world of musical theatre.

The Grove Theatre
Our next door neighbours, The Grove Auditorium has 780 seats with both a stalls and circle level – with seat positiomning that are unrivalled by other local venues. We can also go to flat-floor mode which increases capacity to a maximum of 1000, 462 seated 538 standing.
